Refunds & Cancellation

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your TradeHelp subscription at any time. To avoid the next month's charge, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date. You can cancel by emailing support@tradehelpusa.com.

2. No-Refund Policy

Because TradeHelp allocates dedicated staffing and resources to your account immediately upon signup, we do not offer refunds for monthly subscription fees once they have been processed. All sales are final.

3. Service Credit

In the rare event of a service outage or technical failure on our part, TradeHelp may, at its sole discretion, offer a service credit to be applied to your next billing cycle.
