TradeHelp provides live answering, lead qualification, and scheduling services for trade professionals. We act as an authorized representative of your business to handle incoming communications.
Services are provided on a month-to-month basis. By subscribing, you authorize TradeHelp to charge your selected payment method via Stripe. All fees are billed in advance of the service month.
Each plan includes a specific call allotment. If your business exceeds this allotment, TradeHelp reserves the right to bill for additional calls at the current overage rate or transition your account to the next appropriate tier with your prior notification.
While we strive for 100% accuracy, TradeHelp is not responsible for missed opportunities, lost revenue, or scheduling conflicts resulting from technical errors, telecommunications failures, or clerical mistakes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for one month of service.
You may cancel your service at any time through your billing portal or by emailing support@tradehelpusa.com. No refunds are provided for partial months of service.
